The Big Question That’s Probably on Your Mind Right Now
You’re likely thinking: “I’ve tried everything. Every therapy, every doctor, every medication. And no one really understands what I have, let alone how to help me.” Maybe you’ve even had a few good days or hypnotherapy gave you relief for three days, only for the thoughts to come rushing back stronger than ever. Maybe your own partner or parents don’t comprehend your suffering and you feel alone and hopeless…
The great news is that I offer a fresh revolutionary approach that is fun, engaging, and doesn’t require exposure therapy. In fact, it isn’t therapy at all but a training course that’s very interactive and works quickly. It was designed just for you and I am a Coach who knows exactly what you are suffering with and how limiting this fear is because I’ve lived it and overcome it too! In fact, I don’t believe you could stump me with any questions you may have about emetophobia!
Here is me loving my life Emetophobia-Free in Colorado with a hot delicious Chai Tea! You can too!

I know the patterns, the perceived “triggers”, and the racing impending doom thoughts. I used to suffer with hours of waves of crushing anxiety and shaking on the bathroom floor. Sometimes I’d run outside in the freezing cold for hours terrified. I know what it feels like to think, “What if this never goes away? or What if I’m the one who can’t overcome?” But more importantly…I know the pathway out. The true way to dismantle something you didn’t mean to ever create in your thinking.
It is NOT your fault you have emetophobia and there’s no need to feel any shame or guilt about it!
You’re not broken, and you’re not stuck forever. You just haven’t had the right tools and support… until now.
I have the materials, the step-by-step roadmap, and the evidence-based program that has helped thousands of people become completely emetophobia-free. We are NOT going to manage symptoms but rather we are going to dissolve them. It will be your own unique journey…and we will do it through a proven, structured journey with real outcomes and a real end goal. No guesswork or hopeless ambiguity of talk therapy. Just progress and empowerment.
Please give this a listen! I did my best to summarize it here:

Let’s dig into how fear of failure could be holding you back and how everything can change when you finally believe this:
You can do this.
Why Fear of Failure Holds Us Back from Seeking Help – And How to Overcome It
Have you ever felt that knot in your stomach at the thought of trying something new, only to decide, “Maybe now’s not the right time?” For many of us, that hesitation isn’t really about timing it’s about a fear of failure. This fear can keep us from reaching out, asking for support, or even daring to dream of a life where we feel truly happy, confident, and in control. It can truly be paralyzing! But why does fear of failure hold us back from seeking help? And how can we change this?
The Perfectionist Lens: Why It’s Not About You Being Weak
Many of the clients I work with don’t even realize they’re wearing perfectionist lenses. These lenses cause them to view the world and themselves through a black-and-white perspective. They tell themselves, “If I’m not 100% over this, I’m not good enough,” or “If I slip up, it means I’ve failed and this isn’t going to work.” This all-or-nothing mindset is sneaky and actually, just a really bad habit of thinking. And it’s exactly what holds people back from even trying.
Overcoming emetophobia isn’t a perfect process, it’s a progressive one and your own personal journey not to be compared with anyone else’s. It’s about changing your beliefs step by step, not waking up one day magically cured. And the idea that you must do it perfectly or not at all? That’s one of the very beliefs I will help you to change.
The Role of Belief Systems
Our belief systems shape every experience we have. These internal “rules” and perspectives are created over a lifetime, often forming in childhood. They are like stories or narratives we tell ourselves and live by. They influence how we see ourselves and the world around us. When we have a strong belief in our own worth and ability, we’re more likely to take risks and see challenges as opportunities. But if our belief system tells us that failure is proof we’re “not good enough,” we might avoid challenges altogether including getting the help we need to thrive. This also explains why many emetophobes struggle with paralyzing second guessing themselves and procrastination.
The very reason it is hard to take a step toward overcoming Emetophobia is one of the ingredients in your thinking which created the phobia in the first place..
BUT all of that will change!

It’s like wearing cloudy, distorted lenses. If those lenses are fear- or failure-tinted, every potential setback looks like a catastrophe. The idea of seeking help feels risky or even scary. You think, “What if I try and nothing changes?” or “What if I just don’t have what it takes?” Without realizing it, you’re feeding the belief system that says it’s safer not to try.
Emetophobia Is Predictable and Reversible
Here’s what’s incredibly hopeful: emetophobia is actually very predictable. Like a recipe, it follows specific patterns. There are 26 key components that work together to create it in your thinking. Through this psychoeducational approach, you’ll learn how to change those patterns step by step reducing unhelpful habits like black-and-white thinking, optimizing your self-esteem, strengthening resilience, and creating new, empowering ways of responding to life. You can create the life you dream of especially a life without emetophobia.
As you put it into practice, you’ll start to feel better and stronger each week. It’s powerful, empowering, and completely learnable. Even if you struggle with comprehension, memory, ADHD, or neurodivergence, you can absolutely do this.

You might feel panicked right now. You might have never even heard the word emetophobia until recently. That’s okay. Around 9% of people struggle with it…it’s what we call the “secret phobia.” Many suffer in silence, thinking they’re alone, but you’re not. Whether you’re 6 or 75 years old, this phobia does not define you and it’s absolutely possible to overcome it. It does NOT matter how long you’ve had it!
Learned Helplessness and the Power of Agency
Many clients come to me thinking they are helpless believing that their thoughts, emotions, and reactions are out of their control-that they are “happening” to them. This is known as learned helplessness. But you are not powerless. You can learn how to control your thoughts, attitudes, emotions, and behaviors. In fact, that’s what I teach you to do.
This is not about managing or coping with your symptoms it’s about equipping you with tools to completely change how you think, feel, and live.
Your past doesn’t define you. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve had this phobia what matters is how much of the right effort you put into your journey forward.
I’ve seen people who struggled for decades become emetophobia-free in just a few weeks. Why? Because they committed to the process, made it a priority, and chose to believe change was possible.
It’s Not About Avoidance-It’s About Empowerment
I often hear “getting over it is too scary, what if I get sick on my journey or right after because I let my guard down”…but this is NOT how you will be thinking and there is no evidence that safety seeking behaviors stop emetos from getting sick more often than others. In other words, you don’t know what you don’t know yet! Please don’t let this stop you because you won’t see it that way after your recovery.
Plus avoidance and safety seeking behaviors are really unhelpful for your mental health and honestly the hard truth is that they don’t actually stop you from getting sick.
One of the biggest misconceptions is that you have to do scary exposures to get better. I don’t do exposure therapy. In fact, I help you dismantle the need for avoidance and safety-seeking altogether…it happens as a byproduct of how amazing and powerful you feel. One day you’ll find yourself not grabbing a doorhandle with your sleeve cringing because quite frankly you can’t be bothered and you didn’t even think of it-Imagine that!
That fear you feel now? You won’t feel it forever. One day, emetophobia won’t feel like a threat. It’ll be like a bad cold or car accident… unpleasant and something you’d rather not do, but not anxiety-provoking. And you’ll feel free.
What Will It Be Like to Work With Me?
We start with a complimentary, 17-page Emetophobia Report that is absolutely unlike anything else in the world. It’s in-depth, revolutionary, and it sets this approach apart from anything you’ve ever seen or experienced. If you decide to move forward, we’ll set up a no-pressure chemistry call after I’ve reviewed your Emetophobia Thrive Questionnaire (TQ). I’ll explain the journey, answer your questions, and get to know you and guess what? You get to start the call by telling me your Emetophobia Story! I want to hear it!
Once we begin, you’ll receive all your materials: your manual, your journal, your welcome onboarding email with our Zoom link. We meet the next week, and we begin our work together after you’ve completed your first module. Most people go through the full program in 9 weeks though we can discuss this on call.
Your commitment, consistency, and willingness to grow are all that’s required. You just have to make it a priority.
It’s OK to Grow at Your Own Pace
Recovery isn’t linear. You don’t have to compare yourself to anyone else. You’ve likely had this for years it makes sense that it takes some time to unravel. That’s okay. You have permission to move at your own pace. This isn’t therapy. It’s progress-focused, goal-driven coaching with an end goal in mind: becoming emetophobia-free. Once you learn everything you need to know to optimize those 26 ingredients, it’s like learning to ride a bike once you know how, you don’t forget. Emetophobia won’t come back!
But What If I Fail?
Let’s talk about that. The fear of failure is often just a fear of the unknown. You’ve never lived life without emetophobia before so of course it feels hard to imagine. But what if it works? What if you begin this journey and start to feel lighter, stronger, and more in control with every step? What if this is the thing that changes everything? I can assure you that if you put the effort in-YOU WILL OVERCOME EMETOPHOBIA
Remember, it’s okay to have doubts. It’s okay to be scared. But don’t let that stop you. Don’t walk on eggshells. Don’t give up before you’ve even tried.
You deserve to be heard. You deserve to be seen. You deserve to get this out of your life!
This is one of the most debilitating and all-encompassing fears that exists…
but it does not have to define your life. We now know what created it. We now know how to unravel it. And you can overcome it.
Final Words of Encouragement
How you speak to yourself matters. Start being kind. Get rid of the “what ifs,” the “shoulds,” and the fear of failure. Start writing a new story. Make a list of how emetophobia is limiting your life and a second list of what you’ll do when it’s no longer in your life. Send them over to me. I’d love to see them and support you!
This is your journey. Your best is enough. And you can do this.
✨ Let’s take the first step together. Message me for your free Emetophobia Report and let’s get started. You’ll be heard, validated, and finally on your way to freedom.
