About Lauren

Overcoming emetophobia was the most challenging—and most rewarding—thing I’ve ever done. It didn’t just change my life; it gave me the empathy, insight, and real-world tools to help others reclaim theirs.

Emetophobia often comes hand-in-hand with a wide range of struggles like depression, self-harm, borderline personality disorder, severe panic, low self-worth, social anxiety, and agoraphobia. I’ve lived through it, and now I help others break free from it.

My work doesn’t feel like work—it feels like purpose. Guiding clients through their mental health journey and watching them transform into confident, thriving individuals is the greatest honor. I’m endlessly grateful to be doing this life-changing work, helping others live boldly and joyfully.

“A high tide raises all ships”

You may begin your Thrive journey with one or more issues—maybe it’s anxiety, a phobia, obsessive thoughts, or low mood—but something incredible happens when we strengthen the internal foundations of your mind (your psyche). Those issues begin to disappear.

That’s because we’re not just putting a band-aid on symptoms—we’re addressing the internal causes behind them. In The Thrive Programme, I’ll coach you to build a strong, stable sense of self and what we call a powerful, healthy locus of control (SPACE). When you optimize your core mental functioning, the problems that once felt huge, overwhelming, or out of your control start to shrink—and eventually vanish.

Think of it like this: you become bigger, stronger, and more powerful than the issue itself…that’s what “Overcoming” means to me. Whether it’s an eating disorder, compulsive shopping, avoidance behaviors, panic attacks, or other emotional struggles—these are all symptoms of wobbly foundations. But once you raise and strengthen those foundations, these issues no longer have anything to stand on.

This isn’t therapy. It’s a revolutionary approach to psychoeducational training. It’s practical, it’s empowering, and it works. In just a matter of weeks—not years—you’ll gain the tools and knowledge to take charge of your own mental health for life. You can think of what you’ll gain through coaching with me like learning to ride a bike—with your cognition. Once you’ve learned how to take control of your beliefs, build robust self-esteem, and create a healthy internal foundation, it becomes second nature. You won’t “forget” it, and the symptoms can’t just randomly “come back,” because you’ll have new knowledge and skills that you simply can’t unlearn.

In fact, many of my clients go on to teach these concepts to their children and their partners sign up as well because once you understand how your mind truly works, it changes everything. This isn’t a temporary fix. It’s lifelong freedom.

If you commit to the process and put in the effort, you’ll begin seeing fast, powerful results across many areas of your life—often in ways you never even expected. Because when your foundations are strong… everything else rises with them.
